Football - FC Pfohren
Since 2001 I have been playing football for FC Pfohren in my spare time. From the Bambinis, the
youngest in the club, up to the A-youth I've went through
all the youth departments with varying more or less successful. The biggest success of my career was
achieved in my last season as a youth player.
After years of vice-championships and missed title chances we had the chance to crown our last year
in youth in the district cup final.
After having eliminated higher class opponents in the previous rounds, a team from a higher league
was also waiting in the final.
As expected, the duel went on at eye level, but in the end we had to admit defeat as so often.
Nevertheless, this respectable success certainly counts to
the highlights of our teams over the last few years. Since the 2013/2014 season I have been playing
for the active men.
During this time the Team I play in the Kreisliga A Schwarzwald and the Team II in the Kreisliga B.
Currently I am also registered as a guest player at SC Neubulach.
Landjugend Pfohren
I have been a member of Landjugend for ten years now. Once joined to not let the association die out, we have strengthened ourselves in recent years with many young people. The former 14 active members have now grown to over 30. This has even as a result of which we had too few costumes at times. Nevertheless we are a rather small group in comparison. Therefore we limit ourselves to the alignment small and predictable events. At larger events, such as the Kreis-Erntedank-Fest, we are always welcome guests with our self-made signs.
